I know this might sound crazy, but I am chocolated-out! NO MORE CHOCOLATE.
Welcome to my Pastry blog! I'm currently enrolled in the Classic Pastry Arts program at the French Culinary Institute in SoHo. I'll be graduating on June 18, 2008 - keep your fingers crossed for me!
